As far as the training goes I personally thought it was great. There was a lot of detail but it was simple enough and to the point getting the most important information across. I appreciate that you incorporated both personal and “industry” best practices into the training not just the specific guidelines required by the accreditation bodies. I think I can speak for all of the participants that the real-life stories and the local touches with the Pittsburgh-based videos were also a way to make things more relevant. I thought you for sure accomplished the goal of making the training “bearable” as the time I thought went by very quickly while still being very informative. I’ve been through these types of trainings many times over the years but I feel like I still took away some new information so keep up the good work!
